Bayo Adedeji

Bayo has a broad and diverse mix of business experiences across continents. He has a Masters in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from Clark Atlanta University in 2009 and a bachelors of science degree from Obafemi Awolowo University in Demography and Statistics in 2004.

Bayo was a Snr. Finance Manager at Amazon.com managing all products related to Inbound and Inventory for Fulfilment by Amazon Worldwide Business with over $80 billion in Sales.

He also has prior experiences for multiple fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, Texas Instrument and Petsmart to mention a few.


Wale Ayilara

Chairman & CEO, Landwey & Oxygen Holdings

Olawale Ayilara is a passionate entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience starting and running businesses in the South West of Nigeria, handling transactions worth a combined value of $300 million. He is a recipient of the 2018 Forbes Africa 30 under 30 recognition.

Prior to founding Oxygen Holdings & LandWey, Olawale worked as Head, Business Development, Creativity and Strategy at Eagles Insight and Innovations and Co-founded Nigerian Property Investments Group; a real estate platform for Nigerians in diaspora. He is a business strategist that has spent most of his career in Business Development, Innovations &Strategy. An alumni of Lagos Business School EDC with an MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management UK, Harvard Executive Certification in Real Estate Management, Finance, Design and Leadership, and still a current student at the Harvard Business School, he sits on the board of over 10 high profile businesses, and is a member of the Sponsors for Young Growing Business Association, a pan African organization comprising a network of leading African professionals thriving in challenging career paths.

Olumide Soyombo

Serial Investor & Co-Founder BlueChip Technologies

Olumide Soyombo is a renown Nigerian serial entrepreneur, co-founder of Blue Chip Technologies and the founder of Lead Path Nigeria.

With a BSc in Systems Engineering from University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MSc (Distinction) in Business and Information Technology from the Aston Business School, Birmingham, England, Olumide’s scholastic achievements earned him Beta Gamma Sigma Society membership.

As co-founder of Bluechip Technologies, Olumide has a formidable reputation in the corporate sector. He has implemented solutions for a wide a range of establishments, including Etisalat Nigeria, Access Bank Plc, MTN Zambia, Airtel Nigeria, Multi-links Telkom, UAC, NNPC, and NDIC. Olumide Soyombo has from 2008 nurtured Bluechip Technologies Ltd from an organization with two employees to an organization with over 70 consultants spread across Lagos and Lusaka, Zambia.

Under his careful directorship, Bluechip Technologies has achieved several firsts in this region e.g. First Oracle Specialized Partner in Business Intelligence, First Oracle Partner to Implement Oracle Communications Data Model and first Oracle partner to implement the renowned Oracle Exadata Machine.

A serial entrepreneur and one of the early investors of Paystack, Olumide sits on the board of several organizations including ; Lead Path Global Asset Management, Bluechip Technologies , Bluechip Haulage and Logistics Limited, Global Executive Management (GEM) Ltd, Accutrade Nig. Ltd and West Acton Ltd. These ventures have demonstrated his competence in growing small businesses into reputable outfits; some of these SME’s currently generate annual turnovers in excess of $5million.

As a favorite hobby, Olumide is an avid squash player and lives in Lagos. One of his companies, Leadpath, has invested in several startups such as  PushCV, Unregista, MediTell, RSVP among many others.

Rere Obaisi

Rereloluwa Obaisi, fondly called Rere by close friends and associates, is the Chief Executive Officer of Reohob Nigeria and Reohob London, amongst a few other companies he is heading. Reohob Nigeria is a Renewable Energy Company, that specializes in the supply, Installation and after Sales services of Solar – Inverter systems.

Rere is also the Visionary for The Reohob Initiative For Rural Electrification and Reohob Engineering Training Program, an initiative that was created with the vision of making Renewable Energy advantages available for people in the rural communities, (a vision for Nigeria and also for Africa at large) and the training program designed to help the average Nigerian learn how to install Solar – Inverter system for the purpose of spreading the Green Agenda and earning better living with the craft.

Rere Obaisi has been the CEO of Reohob Nigeria since creation of the company in year 2012, and under his supervision, over 2000 Inverter/Solar systems have been installed for homes, offices, businesses, farms, hospitals, Schools, Institutions and so on.

A graduate of Covenant University in Ogun state, Nigeria, Rere has worked as a school director and as a banker for a few years prior to launching multiple businesses


Rolake Akinkugbe- Filani

A highly sought-after industry expert and engaging commentator able to expertly distil complex topics on global infrastructure, energy, economy, markets and business on global markets and energy, on platforms like BBC, CNN, CNBC and others, Rolake is noted global for her astute analysis and ability to communicate business concepts to audiences comprising senior business leaders and decision makers. Beyond this, she is also an award-winning and reputable energy and infrastructure sector executive, with more than 15 years track-record of helping to finance and scale businesses across Africa.

Rolake is the Chief Commercial Officer of the leading infrastructure developer, Mixta Africa, helping the group craft and execute its commercialization strategy and sustainability solutions for the firm’s real estate, infrastructure and housing projects across Nigeria, Senegal, Morocco, Tunisia, Cote d’Ivoire & Ethiopia. She was also the Senior Advisor to IFU, the Danish Investment Fund and sat on the global advisory board of Canadian Private Equity firm, Stonechair Capital advising on its renewables and gas sector Energy Africa fund. From 2014 – 2019 she was head of energy for FBN Capital and FBNQuest Merchant Bank, raising debt and equity capital for local energy companies, and during which time she was also member from 2017-2019, of the private sector economic advisory group advising the Office of the Vice President on a range of national energy sector development policy issues.

Prior to FBNQuest Merchant Bank, Rolake was head of the energy, infrastructure and power research team at pan-African Ecobank Group covering 33 African markets out of London. In her early career, she worked as a political risk analyst with Control Risks and Eurasia Group and worked in international development with the European Commission in Brussels and the International Crisis Group in Dakar, Senegal. She was recognized as a top 275 Global Female Influencer Executives (2020) in Energy by the UK’s Energy Council, recognized as Young Economic leader in Africa, by the Choiseul Institute (2020) and was listed in the MIPAD 100 Under 40 in the 2018 Business and Entrepreneurship Category.

Rolake holds a BSc & an MSc degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a joint MBA degree from the London School of Economics, HEC School of Management Paris and NYU’s Leonard Stern School of Business (TRIUM). She sits on the global advisory board of Persistent Energy, Africa’s Climate Venture Builder, and the board of the African Energy Chamber working with the Energy Transition and Investment Committees. She is also a member of the Executive Council of WIMBIZ, Nigeria’s leading networking for women, where she chairs the Private Sector Advocacy committee. In her spare time, she coaches executives and entrepreneurs in effective communication and public speaking via her iArtcl8 coaching platform.
