About the Event

The Flex ‘n’ Learn 2021 experiential leadership retreat will focus on examining the new work and business environment and success requirements in which high performers must now operate. While some aspects of being a performer must remain the same, the organizations, employees & leaders that focus on the new normal—such as mindsets, embracing change, channeling intrapreneurial ideas, digital disruption, empathy, and empowerment—will hold a competitive edge.

Through inspiring and relatable stories from tested business owners and CEOs, highly successful and impactful speakers, and more, you’ll learn how to build a successful career and/or grow your business at a time when the stakes have never been higher, and the new normal has never been more complex. Never before has practical experience and leadership played such a critical role in the success of business outcomes.
